The Lady Volta Beads Project

VE / Ghana aims to empower women economically by offering alternative means of livelihoods. Four young women were trained in the production of jewelry, using local skills and materials. VEI / Ghana supports the business at all levels, from classes in basic business management, to market chain development. In addition, the young women benefit from a variety of classes including literacy and numeracy, information on reproductive and sexual health, childcare support, etc.
